First LNG regasification terminal in Colombia. Our founder, Jose Montes, during his time at Promigas, led the development of the SPEC LNG project, also serving as its General Manager, responsible for the technical, regulatory, commercial, and financial analyses, as well as project execution. In addition, he led the negotiation of key contracts, including FSRU, EPC, TUA, and others necessary for the development and commissioning of this infrastructure.
